Dr Lan Nguyen is a HCF preferred provider.
Dr Lan Nguyen holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney, graduating in 1992. Lan has worked extensively throughout Canberra in both the public and private sectors.
Lan worked as a dental officer at ACT Health from 1992-1997 before transitioning to private practice. Dr. Nguyen was the principal dentist at the Union Building Dental Surgery at the ANU from 1999-2009, and also worked as a principal dentist from 2006- 2013 at O’Connor dental surgery. Lan has been working here at the Kambah surgery since 1999.
Lan’s special interests are preventative, restorative and prosthetic dentistry.
Lan also enjoys her work mentoring student dentists at Charles Sturt University where she has been a clinical tutor since 2014.
In her spare time, Lan enjoys sitting down with a good book.
